Absolutely! We specialise in bespoke creations tailored to your unique taste. Share your ideas or inspiration with us, and our design team will bring them to life with CAD renders for your approval before we begin crafting. Please note: custom pieces are non-refundable (except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect).
Most made-to-order pieces take 3–4 weeks to craft before shipping. Highly complex or fully custom designs may take up to 6 weeks. You will receive regular updates throughout the process.
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Compare the measurement with our Ring Size Guide. For best accuracy, measure at the end of the day when your fingers are slightly warmer and larger.
Yes. We offer one complimentary resize (±1 size) within 30 days of delivery. Eternity bands, tension-set rings, and some pavé styles cannot be resized — we will inform you upfront if your chosen design falls into this category.
Yes. All our lab-grown diamonds are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI) or GIA, guaranteeing their grade for cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight.
We work exclusively in solid precious metals: 14K and 18K white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold, as well as platinum. Every piece carries a hallmark stamp confirming its purity. We do not use plated or vermeil finishes.
Remove jewellery before showers, swimming, exercising, or applying perfume and lotions.
Store each piece separately in the original pouch or box to prevent scratching.
Clean with a soft brush, mild soap, and warm water; rinse and pat dry.
Avoid exposure to chlorine, bleach, or harsh household chemicals.
Bring it in (or ship it) for a professional clean and polish once a year — on us within the first year.

A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond — chemically, physically, and optically identical to a mined diamond. It is grown in a controlled environment using the same carbon atoms and crystal structure, just without the mining process.
Lab-grown and natural diamonds are identical in every measurable way. A gemologist cannot tell them apart without specialist equipment. Lab-grown diamonds offer the same brilliance, hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), and longevity — at significantly lower cost and with far less environmental impact.
Lab-grown diamonds currently retail at a significant discount to mined diamonds of the same grade. Like most jewellery, they are best viewed as a sentimental purchase rather than a financial investment. The real value lies in the beauty and craftsmanship of the piece.
Both are ethical alternatives to mined diamonds. Moissanite is silicon carbide (not carbon) and has a slightly higher refractive index, giving it a rainbow "fire" that some people love and others prefer to avoid. The IGI certificate is an independent grading report that specifies the exact carat weight, cut grade, colour grade (D–Z scale), and clarity grade of your diamond, along with any additional characteristics. It is your proof of the stone's quality.
After production (3–4 weeks), delivery times are:
India: 2–4 business days
US / Canada: 5–8 business days
UK / Europe: 5–10 business days

Yes, we ship worldwide with fully insured express courier services (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery.
Import duties, VAT, or GST may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. We do not under-declare package values.
Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking number and courier link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes as production or dispatch may have begun. Please contact us immediately at support@zuvelio.com.
Yes. Every Zuvelio shipment is fully insured for its declared retail value from the moment it leaves our workshop until it reaches your door.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. The piece must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend insured, trackable shipping for all returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please photograph the damage and contact us at support@zuvelio.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Yes. Exchanges for a different size, style, or metal are welcome within the 30-day return window, subject to availability. If the replacement is a different price, we will invoice or refund the difference.
Yes. Every Zuvelio piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including loose stones, broken prongs, and structural issues arising from craftsmanship.
Covered: manufacturing defects, loose or lost stones due to setting failure, broken shanks. Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or damage caused by improper care.
Yes. We offer complimentary professional cleaning and polishing within the first year. After that, a nominal service fee applies. Prong re-tipping, rhodium plating, and stone replacement are also available.
Yes. Contact us to arrange a service. We will send you a pre-paid, insured shipping label so your piece travels safely to our workshop and back.
Yes! We offer personalised inside-band engraving (up to 20 characters) for most ring styles. This is a popular choice for wedding bands and engagement rings. Note that engraved pieces are non-returnable.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), UPI, net banking, PayPal, and bank transfer for larger orders. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Yes. We offer no-cost EMI options through select banks and payment providers at checkout. Available tenures and banks are shown at the time of payment.
